Purpose of Dyno Test
The dynamometer ("dyno") test is used to measure vehicle performance, tuning, or testing purposes.
Acknowledgement and Waiver of Liability
Mechanical Stress: Dyno testing places considerable load on the vehicle's drivetrain, engine, transmission, cooling, and related systems. This stress may cause existing issues to surface, or parts to fail.
Pre-Inspection: I confirm that the vehicle is in safe and proper operating condition, including but not limited to:
- No fluid leaks (oil, coolant, fuel)
- Properly functioning brakes
- Wheels are secured, tires are balanced, all drivetrain components are within proper tolerances. Specifically u-joints.
Modifications: I have disclosed all known modifications to the tuner/shop prior to testing. Any undisclosed changes may affect the outcome and safety of the session.
Assumption of Risk: I understand the risks involved and accept full responsibility for any damage to the vehicle or its components during or after the dyno session.
Release of Liability: I hereby release and hold harmless Reeise Performance Calibrations, its employees, and affiliates from any liability, claims, or damages resulting from the dyno session, including but not limited to mechanical failure, damage, or personal injury.
